My Favorite Products & Services For A Healthy New Year

With 2017 officially on its way it's safe to say that everyone is feeling ambitious and ready to kick ass. However, it is almost always easier said than done. Now wait a minute, it may be easier said than done, but that doesn't mean it is impossible.  With a well balanced diet of focus, confidence, and passion you can achieve your New Year's goals and have the time of your life this year. It all starts with your health, mentally and emotionally. So, I have decided to share with you all my favorite products and services (hello yoga class!) to help make killing it this year better than ever so you can feel your best this month, and all year long. 

1. MONQ PERSONAL AROMATHERAPY DIFFUSER

 Staying in tune with your emotional state during the busy work days can get a little hectic at times, and sometimes we just need to take a moment to breath. My favorite way to do this is as simple as brewing a cup of my favorite tea and meditating or reading a book with my personal aromatherapy diffuser in the blend 'Healthy' with warm cinnamon, marjoram, and turmeric from MONQ. 2. GUAYAKI LOOSE LEAF YERBA MATE

I have truly come to be a ranting madwoman when it comes to my next favorite product, but I just can't get enough of it. If you know me, you know that I live for a good cup of green tea at all times of the day- but as of lately I have replaced several of those green tea cups with a pot of the magic loose leaf Yerba Mate from Guayaki. I have been drinking the canned yerba for a few years now (Kal has one every single day at lunch), but was just recently introduced to the beauty of a freshly brewed cup of warm yerba. Whenever I'm feeling tired and lazy a quick cup of this earthy tea energizes and helps me feel happy for hours. 3. JACEY MAE YOGA 

Now this is for all of my Montana friends, if you live in Butte, have friends or family in the area or plan on coming through at any point you absolutely have to take a yoga class from the newest and incredibly talented Jacey Mae. Jacey is a great friend of mine, and has now been my own yoga instructor for the last couple months. Yoga has helped me in so many ways and I will forever be thankful for that. Going to an actual class (rather than attempting to do it on my own at home) has helped me form better habits of commitment and self discipline. So even if you do not live in the area to attend one of Jacey's classes- find a yoga instructor in your area that you connect with and start taking weekly classes. I promise, there is no better body euphoria than after a good yoga practice. Your body and mind will thank you.
